RESPONSIBILITIES: Properly set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow directives given by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef Maintain a clean work station at all times Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that foodis properly plated and maintained at Reserve Cut standards Ensure quality of food is consistent for every dish REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurant 1+ years of Steakhouse experience required Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred Team-player Strong communication COMPENSATION: $19.00 - $21.00/ hour depending on experienceBENEFITS: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Growth Opportunities Parental Leave Sick Time Commuter Benefits Reserve Cutis an equal opportunity employer.
